Refunds & Replacements

  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for a photo of the product.

  • Depending on the situation, we will offer either:

    • A replacement order at no additional cost, or

    • A refund issued to your original payment method

At Cutten Green Organic, we are committed to providing the freshest, highest-quality microgreens to our customers. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will make it right if there is an issue with your order.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of our microgreens, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

    • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

    • Products stored improperly after delivery
